There was a need here we were not meeting. There were flights we were missing because we were not here.

Anytime someone gets into a helicopter who is not trained or authorized, we have to do a complete evaluation to make sure it is safe to return it to service.

What's amazing is that this just doesn't happen. People just don't try to get into helicopters and fly them.
