There is the misperception that all of coastal Alabama suffered the same type of damage that impacted Mississippi, and that's not the case,

Seventy percent of the town has suffered catastrophic damage, but all the structures were impacted one way or another. Our goal is to get building materials to the town so they can begin to rebuild.

We should be thankful we don't live in Louisiana, Mississippi or Alabama.

The flooding is just everywhere... New Orleans, all through Mississippi and Alabama,

The scope of this is just so huge. If you took New Orleans out of the equation, Mississippi and Alabama would be a bigger job than we tackled in all four of the storms that hit Florida last year.

For the most part, these stories are told with brutal honesty and I think tourists from outside the South are impressed and surprised at the candor of these exhibits.
