We are all different expressions of one reality, different songs of one singer, different dances of one dancer, different paintings – but the painter is one.

It is OK to take a break. Sometimes we want something so much that we diligently give effort towards it day after day after day. When you feel tired, remember to not guilt yourself over taking a break. It is OK. You can pick up where you left off tomorrow. Ask for help if you can. Exercise some self-care.
