There is no reason for anyone in this country, anyone except a police officer or a military person, to buy, to own, to have, to use a handgun... and the only way to do that is to change the Constitution.

You really won't know until you know who is hired for those jobs. Certainly they're three of the most important jobs at the university.

The threat is very real. The police and the military are not taking any chances.
