Have you ever noticed that when anyone criticizes the State of Israel, they seem always to make clear, by saying at least a couple of times, that "I support Israel" or "I am a supporter of Israel." What exactly does it mean to support Israel? Does it mean that we support its right to exist? Or that we may criticize the government but support the Israeli people? If so, then why don't we ever hear it said, when criticizing Iran or North Korea, that "I support Iran" or "I am a supporter of Iran?"
