There is an orderly and constitutional political process under way in Haiti,

What my political views or my constitutional views are just doesn't matter.

This process has to be entirely in the hands of Iraqis, and it has to be done by a constitutional convention that is completely free of all other institutions in Iraq, including the governing council.

The process was put in place only after a Constitutional amendment that we all supported. It had to begin after a law came in force. There should be no issues about it.

The nation should be able to remove by an orderly constitutional process any president with an unyielding commitment to failed policies and an inability to renew the country's hope.

Nevertheless, we see this as an absolutely necessary step toward decreasing tensions in Asia.
