There is always some residual risk that something could go wrong on return, but we think that is very low at the moment.

I don't think you can ignore the Genesis situation. You just have to embrace it and apply the lessons learned from it.

We took the lessons we learned at Genesis, and we went through a very rigorous and extensive process of looking at the Stardust sample return capsule, digging out the blueprints, going through all the testing that was done pre-launch. We're convinced that that is not going to happen on Stardust. But there is some residual risk that something can happen on return. We think the probability of that is very low at this point.

Their smaller size gives them less diversification, less geographic spread. So you have a little bit more risk with them. Those companies are about $16 billion market cap companies, whereas BP Amoco is a $200 billion company. So you can compare BP Amoco to a GE in terms of its size and diversification.

Their premiums are typically about 150 percent of what a standard-risk premium in the private market would cost.
