There is a lot of experience here. We don't have a lot of turnover.

The focus of this company will be different, there is no doubt about that. You don't see any small companies that own all the way from the well head to the refinery. That may create some good opportunities.

They came in 1984 when we were essentially defunct and kept this place going. We had a good run with Holly.

Holly has been very good for this refinery. They've been very good to work for.

From my standpoint, most of our staff seems upbeat about it. There are a lot of unknowns, but it could be a good thing for us.
