There is a difference in the way we approach business today.

The whole team just did excellent today, maybe even a little better than I expected. Having to cancel our last two matches, I think they showed that they were ready to get out there.

I had never been into the park before and came because I heard that there were no fees today. It's really nice here. . . . There are not too many places like this left. We have to protect the ones we do have, because they belong to the public, and they are all that's left of the real Florida.

Professionalism is not genetic. I wish it were, but unfortunately it's not.

I noticed how the voice can make an impression on people when you speak well. And it occurred to me that people use the same apparatus when speaking.

We've taken some of our business cards and have had one side in English and the other side in Korean. That will make it a little bit easier for them.
