There has been an increase in trying to get blighted areas free of the unsafe structures. We have been working diligently to get more to the council. As the funds become available, we tear them down.

We had a dramatic number of applications for the first one. We are trying to fund as many of these projects as we can.

I think what we are trying to do is build a sanctuary that is best going to serve the communities needs.
