Gun regulation is a place where local control is possible.

If we do not make an attempt to bring local control of a local resource back to the local citizens, then what we have done is shot the future of this city right in the foot.

Our goal from the start was to get the finances back under control and to make the civic center an asset to Benton and all of Southern Illinois. It looks like we are on the right road for both.
