There are companies that have vessels tied to the dock because they can't find mariners, which is really ironic given the need.

In the best of times, it takes weeks, but we don't have weeks. Not only do we need mariners, but we need to get people to work around here.

Many of the companies are small mom and pop operators with a one or two vessels. We won't be looking to buy companies in many cases, but their assets.
