There are a lot of much bigger public issues than year 2000 preparedness, and I think that certainly has an impact on the way it has been handled.

I think certainly the pressure's on Wisconsin. They've been highly ranked all year. They're expected to win the series. We're an eighth-place team that has knocked off some big teams.

Certainly we know we've got a lot more to do, but this marks a significant advancement forward for preparedness in Arizona.

I think the public is more aware of all the issues involved with circulation.

If something like that happens, when you look at city preparedness, you can't prepare, if something like that happens, you're dependent on resources from other states and the federal government.
