There are a lot of creative ways on how you could address staffing. Using students, using retired personnel, using personnel who don't normally work with patients. But you can only say for sure what you're going to do when it happens.

But if they didn't have any soap and towels in the bathroom, I'd exit immediately.

We haven't gone that far yet. To me, a lot more things are going to be problematic than a tie. When we do see (healthcare associated infection) outbreaks, we can't take it back to a piece of clothing, but we can correlate it to a lack of hand washing.

I loved it. The students were great and well-mannered. They cheered and really enjoyed it. And at the end of the program, I was so thrilled when one of the students came up on stage and said 'I love jazz!' It was thrilling. I loved it.

We want to keep the best students in Minnesota.
