Then they told us that Freddie Jackson was coming. Then they told us Keith Washington was on his way. Then they came back and said that Keith Washington was snowed in, in North Carolina. They just gave us a bunch of b.s. in there.

That was the real Keith Langford today. He was in attack mode. I could see it coming. He's been like a dormant volcano just waiting to erupt.

Whether it be here or in Washington or anywhere else, there's somebody who has got something to say to the president, that's part of the job, ... And I think it's important for me to be thoughtful and sensitive to those who have got something to say. But I think it's also important for me to go on with my life, to keep a balanced life.

Their coaching staff and our staff communicate with each other. I have spoken with coach (Keith) Coleman, and he told me that their setup is similar to ours but that they are a year behind us.

I was raised in the West. The West of texas. It's pretty close to California. In more ways than Washington, D.C., is close to California.

It's going to be great. A lot of the players are coming. I wasn't here when they put (Jackson) up in the rafters. But to have him here as my number goes up, it brings back a lot of great memories.
