The zoning doesn't come up for review. The zoning is effectively vested, and the desire to live at that location is consumer-driven. People still want to live on the water.

It really hasn't worked for the developer or for the community.

It's a desire to learn.

Their desire to fight each other outweighed the dollar percentages. That's really what's enabled this fight to take place. They want each other.

Both Roy and Antonio have this strong desire to beat the hell out of each other. I think Jones has that spark and fire in his belly again, and it's manifested itself in the fact we have this fight.

Music is also supposed to be fun. On this record, (titled 'III'), I really had the desire again to jump back into some good-time, fun-loving songs.
