The Zanesville plant is one of six manufacturing facilities for All American Homes nationwide. Our Zanesville facility opened in July 1998, employs 175 people, and builds 250 to 300 homes per year. It serves 75 independent builders who cover a radius of about 250 miles from Zanesville.

They're one of our larger suppliers.

Our systems-built homes have the advantage of being constructed inside in controlled environments under strict quality control. All the walls are built in jigs and are perfectly square. There are also cost advantages to bulk purchases of materials, and none of the building supplies have been subjected to rain or other weather damage in the building process.

Our homes are priced competitively. Our goal is not to be a low cost provider; our goal is to offer the best home value for our customers. Excluding land, homes may range from under $100,000 to several hundreds of thousands of dollars, depending on the home style, size, floor plan and amenities chosen by the consumer.

In the late '90s, manufacturing was looked at as a cost to be controlled. It wasn't looked at strategically.

This acquisition provides the Cornerstone group of companies the chance to leverage our worldwide manufacturing and distribution infrastructure with a classic and highly recognized brand name in outdoor recreation products dating back to the 1940's.
