The year '05 was a tough year. Pricing pressure in the US has been brutal.

This was because the non-US business of the company grew by a healthy 13 percent, compensating in significant measure for the sluggish US market.

While 2005 was a tough period, we strongly believe the business outlook will get better in 2006. Our basic belief in the underlying strength and potential of our core business operation, does not change.

It is just a modest acquisition. It is part of our overall European strategy.
