The will is out there like I've never seen before,

People understand the nature of the energy problem a lot better now, ... The amount of opposition I got from my district, I can count on one hand. The support level has been huge.

We put temporary seats on the track and anywhere else we could, ... We made seats by boarding up the aisles.

It was a big mess, ... We went to work. Everybody came out.

As construction proceeds, small pods of rooms there will have to be vacated for a few days, but we're designing the construction schedule so no singular large section will have to close.
