The Vikings experience in the tough Big North Conference plus our big match experience lead the team to victory over a tough and scrappy Mount Pleasant team,

We were awarded the new contract based on our track record, experience in the public sector and the approach and methodology we proposed,

It's very rewarding for the coaches and for the players. We've been lucky enough to experience victory in the game. The end result is really amazing ? these guys become friends for life. A lot of them see each other over the next 20-30 years. It's really rewarding to bring these guys together. Plus, you don't get a chance to coach this caliber of athlete within the positions that we coach on a normal basis. I hope that our players are as excited as we are in coaching it.

We have three main objectives we consider necessary for victory. We must create a tempo we can win with....we must be patient and make every shot count....and we must contend for every rebound despite our lack of size.

I'm so excited. Everybody pulled together tonight and we got the victory.

We can't yet claim a victory but I'm certainly not conceding defeat.
