Both France and Britain are supportive of India's bid for a broad-based agreement on trade and investment with the European Union.

We postponed the bid opening to the 12th of April because the documents weren't complete enough and we weren't comfortable with how the bids would go. We didn't leave enough time, apparently, for contractors to review many of the mechanical issues.
