The two appraisers came in so close together, that was particularly good. It gives everybody confidence on the value. If they came in wide apart it would have created a lot of ill feeling.

We deserved victory and definitely showed our value. We can look forward to the next match with confidence.

Jack and Jackie gave Jim a great value base. He saw how Jack did it and how Jackie supported it. Jim is such a natural leader and a natural competitor. He feels a responsibility to lead people. That's what led him to be a head coach.
