The tugs will be more powerful, but they'll be more fuel-efficient. So there will be quite a bit of offset in terms of those efficiencies.

We don't have many choices since we've already exceeded capacity at the port. Moving the consolidation services off site is the only viable solution.

We are exceeding and have been exceeding since the beginning of 2000, the design capacity of cargo movement through our facilities.

Each barge will be able to hold 40% more cargo capacity than our current barges today.
