The truth shall make you free, but first it shall make you angry

Anger is just a cowardly extension of sadness. It's a lot easier to be angry at someone than it is to tell them you're hurt.

Anger is most likely the result of an ugly truth revealed in public.

Speak the truth do not become angered and give when asked, even be it a little. By these three conditions one goes to the presence of the gods.

It's one thing to think you're worthless, and quite another for somebody else to tell you that you are.

Everytime I say something they find hard to hear, they chalk it up to my anger, and never to their own fear.
