The triggering points are very narrow and restrictive. We're not here to run county government, other people are elected for that.

I have yet to see the government have the backbone to put people in jail for hiring undocumented workers.

The government has spent a lot of money to house people temporarily, but little has been done to enable people to come back and be residents of their city. There's no coherent strategy for the displaced to benefit from the reconstruction through jobs or housing or paying off their mortgages.

The government of Canada is committed to ensuring that the country does not become a safe haven for people who have been involved in serious acts like war crimes, crimes against humanity, terrorism or genocide.
