The train will be the focal point of the whole mural, since that's how Texarkana got settled and eventually grew. Trains brought people and products here.

This ceremony was basically a ground-breaking ceremony for the project.

They felt our site was very unique because the children were so involved in revitalizing downtown.

It is highly unlikely that the sort of detail that is needed will be agreed by April – not just because there is a lot of it and it's technical – but because the major players are still holding back, waiting for the other ones to move first.
