The timing is no accident. We feel like we'll have our general manager of the future in place at that point.

We'll sit down with him and determine his thoughts about his future, and obviously we'll share ours with him,

a terrific part of our organization's history, and presumably, a part of its future.

It's fair to say we're in the 11th hour, ... As the clock gets ready to strike midnight, we figured we certainly wanted to sit down one last time and see if there was a deal to be made.

We're open-minded about the profile. The group that we've identified tends to be a younger group, but also a group that has significant experience.

We intend to remain flexible, too, to a point, ... If someone becomes available who we haven't had in the process at the earlier stages, we certainly have the flexibility to reach out and include them.
