The technology incubator program is the diamond of the Chief Scientist's Office. In 2005 the program had its biggest budget ever. But as we say, life progresses and need increases.

We will enlarge the program -- the problem is by how much.

The program is the original source -- I don't want to say the only source, but definitely the original source -- of companies who are now at their pinnacle in Israel.

[...] Despite apparent technology improvements, we still forget to deal with vital actionable items. find it hard to judge the value of new information, keep large amounts of infomation of questionable value, and fail to retrieve important information that we have made stringent efforts to organize.

In the box-office slump of the last year, these movies are the only movies that audiences are responding to. Both Saw II and 'Hostel' were made for US$4 million, and they're beating movies that cost US$200 million dollars.

We are always on the lookout for interesting initiatives that leverage technology to get people involved. Maybe we're not looking in the right places . . . but I haven't seen another approach exactly like it. If this works, obviously, we would be interested in helping expand it beyond Colorado.
