The team chemistry seems to be there after everything that happened in the fall. We're really excited about this year. I think great things are going to happen. We're looking forward to (today) to crank it up full speed.

There's no better way to top it off.

It felt good to be back out there. It felt like my first game in college again. I asked the coach if I could go another inning, but since that was the most pitches I have thrown since a few weeks before the season, the coaches said they didn't want to push me back too fast.

At the beginning when it's first being run over in practice, it's a little confusing. After a few days of running through it at full speed, then it becomes pretty routine. It's kind of like muscle memory. It just gets programmed in your head.

There's no conversation more boring than talking about what it's really like to live in Newport and how the show compares to the real thing. I just don't care.

My favorite episodes of The O.C. are the ones where not much happens, where we take it down a notch. But I don't think the audience agrees with me.
