I did play-by-play for women's basketball at Davis and also had a sports talk show. I had been out of broadcasting for several years, but I wanted to get back into the business. This format affords people who want to do it as a hobby or gain experience.

My dad taped the game. I'm used to seeing myself play basketball, but when my interview came on - I had to leave the room!
