The start, seven goals to two, you just can't explain it.

What causes it . . . to kick 90 goals in five weeks and play with a real spirit and intensity, to what we did today? The only thing that's changed is a state of mind. I can't for the life of me understand, or accept why our players, how hard everyone's worked as a group, to put in an effort like that is abysmal.

It was terrific to see this morning. The first thing I saw when I came in was Lance with his shirt off and he looked terrific. We just hope that Lance gets himself in the shape that we need him to be in.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the way he started, it was a terrific effort.

We're pleading with our supporters for another chance - we've got an opportunity in the next two weeks to turn it around and get right for the first round.

We don't want to put too high expectations on him. We know he's going to be a good player. If he plays at the start, terrific - if he doesn't, we know it's going to happen. You watch him train, he's got some wonderful qualities.
