The situation is disappointing and of deep concern. We're moving into the peak season for freight and, knowing how fragile our system is, it is very important for everybody to be cooperating and working together.

Because it's high-stakes, there's obviously a lot of concern and scrutiny. I would really put them up against any industry. It's just that their mistakes are really magnified. Their mistakes are really a very small percentage of the volume of tests.

Notwithstanding her concern for him, ... she would like to see this come to an end.

We can handle the traffic if the railroad is going. We have the infrastructure...but I'm not confident UP has a real handle on the situation yet.

It doesn't appear we're working through the backlog. The ships keep coming.

August, September and some of October tend to be our peak months. We are seeing some volume pickup, but it's not the kind of peak we've seen previously.
