The signal heads took a beating. They were not mounted to the mast arms but hung from a rod ... A lot got blown away.

All the mast arms were delivered and the contractor has just about completed the underground conduit. They are expected to start installing the pole foundation in the second week of March ... and completion by July.

The guys never hung their heads; they never got discouraged.
