The scientific community just isn't touching John Q. Public. We just have to find a way of breaking through. The only way we will do that is with humor.

Everybody was out of sync. It was just gloriously miserable.

The legions of reason have done very well in scientific arguments. But this isn't where the battle is being fought.

The community should not be apprehensive of this change.

It will limit the negative impacts that a development could bring to the community, ... It's a pathway to orderly development, and the village is calling the shots.

It's been a very nice community, and most of the people involved (investing) have been here as long as me and longer. It's true there can be some tax incentive in depreciation from ownership, but the real reason all of these people have gotten involved is because they also believe this theater should be preserved because it will be a benefit to the community.
