The reality is, this judge has signaled his feelings already and NTP won a jury trial already. Under the normal operation of patent cases, they are entitled to an injunction unless there are extraordinary circumstances.

Political Correctness is about turning a blind eye to painful reality because your comfortable feelings are more important to you than saving lives and providing quality of life to people who work their ass off to be productive and are a benefit to this great American Dream.

They typically think they are doing fine, but in reality they are detached, completely cut off from feelings, except from the rage which can be triggered when something frustrates or annoys them. Their version of their own parenting is all wrong.

Do you imagine the universe is agitated? Go into the desert at night and look at the stars. This practice should answer the question.

The deeper reality is that I’m not sure if what I do is real. I usually believe that I’m certain about how I feel, but that seems naive. How do we know how we feel?…There is almost certainly a constructed schism between (a) how I feel, and (b) how I think I feel. There’s probably a third level, too—how I want to think I feel.

I think the judge is obviously sending a strong message to both parties to think long and hard about whether they want to see his decision, because it might not please either party. He is just doing what a good judge does.
