The purpose of random testing is not to catch, punish, or expose students who use drugs, but to save their lives and discover abuse problems early so that students can grow up and learn in a drug-free environment.

Testing of bodily fluids does not provide evidence of when the drugs were used.

Student testing is probably the biggest money pit when it comes to the war on drugs. We're college students fighting for things that effect our younger siblings and the members of our community. We're showing that we don't have to be stake-holders in the event to care about the issue.

On March 1, we had to turn away over 100 students. We promised them we would arrange another testing, and we are keeping that promise.

There was no sale of drugs. Even the prosecution said they (the students and Morales) were using drugs together. My client shared his drugs with the girls, and they shared theirs with him.

I don't have a problem with testing per se. We have to have some measure of how students are doing and how we as teachers are doing.
