The promised blessing on readers of the Bible's last book (Rev.1:3) isn't to fully understand its symbolism but to get the "hell" scared out of them!

Popes, bishops, priests and monks who served Satan so well by the cruel and massive slaughter of Christians in the Roman Catholic Inquisition probably curse the day they ever heard the word 'Rome' or the phrase 'Peter's chair,' having lost all hope that they are in a temporary purgatory rather than in the eternal flames of an everlasting hell.

If they reject God's amazing grace to change their ways, those who misuse positions of power will find their folly irreversible, when the hellish source of their abuse opens its flaming jaws to eternally digest their misled egos.

Humans may have a zealously naive or passionately ignorant dislike for the concept of 'hell,' but in His own perfect hatred for it, God confronted the realistic results of humanity's misuse of free-will with the only remedy that could maintain human freedom: His personal incarnation, death, and resurrection to offer us an escape from the self-made choices that brought hell into existence.

The consuming fire of God's Love and Light is seen by unbelief as the hellish intensity of Divine Wrath, but by faith as the heavenly passion of Christ's Cross.

Creative scientists and saints expect revelation and do not fear it. Neither do children. But as we grow up and we are hurt, we learned not to trust.
