The projects in Oakland that we've built have been the most diverse projects of any place in the Bay Area. At our Durant project, 35 percent of the buyers were African American, about 30 percent were Asian, and the rest were white and Latino.

Pro-taxation shills complain about the "need" to steal money in order to support the "greater good". What greater good? The shills' good pet projects, of course.

Ultimately, no matter how many projects you considered, you can't please everyone.

One of the things that is really needed in cultural services is somebody to look at the mayor's big projects. They need somebody there at the right hand of the director working for the mayor, pulling those pieces together to make sure the vision gets across.

We are quite upbeat about the China CTL projects.

Overall I am pleased with the quarter. All of our core businesses performed well, our key development projects are on track and our marketing group enjoyed another great quarter.
