The problem is that we humans are deep conformists.

The opposite of bravery is not cowardice but conformity.

Even non conformists conform, they conform to non conformity itself

capitalize on their strengths, but also to correct and compensate for their weaknesses.

What is my strength? Do I even have a strength? Maybe I have too many strengths, and that's why I can't think of just one.

We must beware of yielding to the pressure of a spirit of cowardly conformity which proclaims itself everybody's friend in the hope that everybody will obligingly return the compliment.
