The pressure on prices may be relieved a little bit, but not a whole lot.

He's relieved that he's not going to jail.

We're seeing prices perhaps level off a bit, but we're not seeing a decrease in prices. We are seeing more properties on the market (and) they're staying longer on the market.

Relief is a great feeling.

It’s the emotional and physical reward we receive from our bodies upon alleviation of pain, pressure and struggle. A time to bask in the lack of the negative.

And yet, think about it—relief is really the status quo, a negation of the suffering, a nothing in itself. It is the way things were before the pressure and struggle began.

So, is it a step back? A regression?

Or is it an opportunity to regroup, start over, and move in a different direction?

Use your moment of relief well.

I put more pressure on myself than anyone else ever could, but I probably want this one a little bit more just because it is closer to home. But, because it's getting towards the end of the season and I'm hoping to have a few good races to close out the season, I really want to do well this weekend. I feel like I'm learning more, that I am better prepared for the events as we go along. I really am looking at these next few events as laying the ground work for next season.

It's a little bit of a sigh of relief that you've got the pressure off a little bit,
