(T)he possibility of lawsuits has apparently caused a number of schools to institute harsh policies that essentially expel students who are suspected of being suicidal.

The basic problem is that GWU is punishing students like Jordan who did exactly the right thing. Most students would not seek medical care if they were fully informed that GWU would react, as they did in Jordan Nott's case, by imposing immediate disciplinary action.

We have some schools where 50% to 70% of students failed the exam, ... How denying diplomas to 60% to 70% of students raises standards is beyond me.

A good policy is one that encourages students to seek mental health counseling, and does not deter students from getting help or punish them for doing so.

Now these schools can bring the mobile computer carts from classroom to classroom, giving more students access to technology and information. This donation is an example of how a global company like Dell can help enable local benefits to customers and communities. We encourage other companies and organizations to help us revitalize these schools by donating any products or services they can.

Obviously at this point in time, most of these kids have it narrowed down to a few schools at most. I think you just continue to sell your program. You continue to sell the strong points of your program and we think we've got a lot to sell.
