The population is growing, the unemployment rate is dropping. It's a combination of those two factors.

It is not easy to lower unemployment as you have people migrating from the countryside and also have population growth.

But it could be done.

I don't know if it happens in Utah County any more than any other county.

There's also a younger generation now earning money who grew up with computers, so they are comfortable with e-filing. They trust it.

Students will have to come to the game to get their tickets, and it will be on a first come, first serve basis. With this system, if you want a better seat, you can get it; and you won't have to sit with the same people every game.
