The plan includes various individual projects and we are very interested in private investors. There is great interest on the part of some investors in financing certain projects.

Construction is estimated to take around two years so it is scheduled to be in operation by the second half of 2008.

We have letters of intent out on both projects. We haven't broken ground on either project, but the interest in these projects has been extremely good, both from national tenants and local.

What we're showing is how English matters. The kids work on projects and activities that interest them.

Ultimately, no matter how many projects you considered, you can't please everyone.

One of the things that is really needed in cultural services is somebody to look at the mayor's big projects. They need somebody there at the right hand of the director working for the mayor, pulling those pieces together to make sure the vision gets across.
