The plan can go as long as we need it to. Hopefully not very long, for the sake of the city as a whole.

We're putting a lot of effort into streamlining the loading process, and we don't know what other bus congestion will be. We expect to have a lot of buses on the street in Lower Manhattan.

Whatever we come up with, we'll try it tomorrow. We expect that after a couple days, we'll have it smoothed out pretty well.

Hopefully it's not too bad.
