The only way we can prevail through anything is to work on our music ... it got us here in the first place.

I loved it when we played it last time (in 2002). Absolutely loved it. It was one of the coolest festivals. No offense to American festivals, but it felt very European. It's outdoors but it's warm, which is so important.

These songs have definitely pushed all of our abilities. I felt like we had to find something that would make people listen to the songs more and not focus on the 'sound.

If we write something that is undeniably great, then in the long term it doesn't really matter what everyone says now.

It's tough to answer. All I know is we worked really hard to get ahead, and everything that people think we had, we didn't.

When that kind of stuff happens, especially when you've never had anything, you don't really even know what it is.
