The object of putting a lot of pressure on the ball is to hopefully wear a lot of teams down.

It's a good win on the road. Castleton beat probably the best team in the conference (Maine Maritime). Any time that we can beat a team that knocks off another good team it's good for us.

Our teams have been deserving of this opportunity. It is rewarding and a chance to get a victory in a national tournament.

Kyle is a true sportsman though. His main concern after finishing his leg was the well being of the runner he had gotten tied up with. Andrew Owens and Paul Johnson both put in solid legs to finish up that event.

It was an outstanding effort. She held off some tough runners down the Plains to take that spot. She impressed a lot of people.

Dave and Kyle have both been running well. Having depth in the distance events has really given our team a boost this season.
