I think everyone was surprised at the lack of crowds. There was no one in the neighborhood.

You're looking at 9,500 seats in the lower bowl, and you have crowds that will not fill that bowl. We want to put everybody in one area so fans can cheer with a louder voice in a big building.

This wisdom of crowds thing--it may be a cliche, but it's mostly true. What we're talking about here is a democracy, and it works, but you have to be careful before it gets out of control.
