The new guidance will benefit many thousands of patients, especially those with life-threatening conditions and will provide greater certainty about the provision of important new treatments.

The only unchangeable certainty is that nothing is certain or unchangeable

The guidance is mystifyingly low. This is supposedly their strong time of the year. Everyone is already down on semis, and this certainly doesn't help.

There is no indication that there was any certainty about when this will happen. And to me it sounds like a bunch of bureaucratic mumbo jumbo about the process that they have in that country [Japan}.

While the report does not make it a certainty, it increases the probability that the Fed will leave policy unchanged.

Now, everything will be tested. The only thing that one can say with certainty is that in the short term we're going to see a lot of uncertainty.
