[The mother's] going to have needs and limitations so he's being called to step up to the plate to meet her needs and take some of that [pressure] off and be there as an emotional and physical resource.

They don't know what is wrong. Liam needs to liver transplant for sure.

He needs to play it safe and come home and do the things you need to do. He wants to win by a substantial margin.

The child needs to be prepared because, psychologically, he has bonded with the family. To him, those are his parents. A child that age doesn't know the difference between foster and adopt.

It's a great day. They put in trout about 10 to 13 inches. We're inviting people with special needs, and it's really neat. It puts us all on an equal playing field out there. We serve a lot of people. It's not something that any one of us could do alone. It takes a partnership. I hope to see the third-of-a-mile boardwalk lined with people fishing. Hopefully, more and better things will happen from it.

This concept of a shared pregnancy is hopeful but relatively new. Many men are now saying, 'I want to share this responsibility from the beginning to the end'.
