The minute that you close one major intersection on the Peninsula, the whole South Bay area gets screwed up. All activities are going to be affected, no matter if we do it fast or slow.

It's a great project. It's a lot better than the car wash and it's just the right thing for our new Peninsula Village.

In this particular development, they will add a very nice amenity and an opportunity for the residents to get out and breathe some fresh air.

If somebody is really serious about getting rid of peafowl … then the rest of the taxpayers of the city should not be responsible for that service. I don't think we've had a significant number of residential complaints around the city. Maybe we are overreacting.
